All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Customized, commissioned, or made-to-order artwork may require additional production time. Estimated completion timelines will be communicated during the ordering process.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within India
Standard delivery: 7-10 business days
Remote locations may require additional transit time.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.
International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, gst, or other fees imposed by their country.
Packaging

Each Madhubani painting is carefully packed using protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Depending on the artwork size and type:

Unframed paintings may be shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes.
Framed artworks are securely packed with additional cushioning and protective wrapping.
Gift orders may include special packaging upon request.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Courier partner details
Tracking link (if available)

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information
